Like so many others who have left South Africa behind physically, South Africa has never left me. As I get older I seem to long for some of the comforts of my memories and I find these in food, companionship and interests.

IndabaUSA is a culmination of those three.

I am bringing together my love of South Africa while celebrating all that the USA has to offer and all through doing things that I and my fellow South African expats and new American friends can all enjoy.

The goal of IndabaUSA is to make it as simple as possible for anyone to experience outdoor excursions while enjoying South African food and hospitality. We handle all the planning and logistics, provide all the gear and food, guides and even arrange transportation as needed. You bring yourself, your personal effects and a desire to explore. 

From simple pop up food events to weeklong horsepacking trips, all offered with South African hospitality (and food).
